Dear Family,
Because of our distance of miles-not hearts-I think we should write on here. I'll start.
This week, as you know, we are in St. Louis visiting yonder Nielsens. We have been enjoying very fine weather, dry roads, etc.

Baby Nielsen seems to be doing really well. I've been a bit more achy and uncomfortable, but my growing stomach is making up for it all. :) He kicks so often.
John, Eli, he wants to know how the quest for a baby elephant is going. I think it is only fair that you guys bring him one from Sri Lanka. But please no reptiles or arachnids. Or rodents.
Speaking of the Nielsen child, I would like to impart unto you a little tidbit. Here is a fact. Since the middle of my second trimester, I just want buffalo chicken. Always. Yessir. The three times I've had buffalo chicken (one time as a lasagna) I have just loved it. What does this mean? Other than I'm giving birth to a mini Aaron?

Emphatically,

I don't understand. How did you get a hankering for Buffalo food? We never even ate that stuff at the home place. As for the elephant fantasy pet, I doubt those things even snuggle, so what's the point? Why is everyone on the planet encouraging these boys?
ReplyDeleteThe Olson's had buffalo wings a lot... I guess that's where I first had it. :D
ReplyDeleteMom! You don't have to snuggle- you can wrap yourself in their trunk and they can swing you!
